DANYLO HALKIN Ukraine, b. 1985

Danylo Halkin is a Ukrainian artist and curator. His practice explores the concept of public space through installations, happenings, object-based art, video, multimedia projects, and site-specific interventions. He received the Special Prize of the PinchukArtCentre Prize (2013) and the Art Future Prize Special Prize (2020), and was shortlisted for the PinchukArtCentre Prize (2011, 2013, 2015), the Kandinsky Prize (2012), the Kuryokhin Prize, the Kazimir Malevich Award (2014), and the M17 Sculpture Prize (2020). He lives and works in Paris.
